Well, it's been a bit cold lately, hasn't it? With that in mind, and since I recently got a job here, I thought I'd invite you all to the onsen where I'm working: not many people come by so it's quite and mostly private [winkwinknudgenudge] and with this cold weather, soaking up in nice, warm water sounds like an amazing opportunity, doesn't it?

Keep it in mind, at least.

[There's audio of the girls at the Welcome Center giggling and a voice gently teasing and making some general questions that aren't really answered. Then a sigh:]

Well, ladies, thank you very much for your help, you have been extremely kind. Now, if you'll excuse me...

[And then, writing]

Ah, the joy of bureaucracy, isn't it grand. It never fails to make me realize that I owe a lot of people an apology if they have had to gone through that a lot. I assure you, we clerks also find ourself with our hands tied.

But nevermind that! I was told that if I had questions I should ask them through here, but that seems kind of rude, doesn't it? So I'll introduce myself first. Hello, I'm Kigai Yuuto and I work at the Ward Office. My favorite color is ochre. I'm a cancer, though I'd rather not say my age if it's all the same to you. I enjoy reading, tea time and... well, a number of other things, but that's probably enough for now. One should leave some mysteries about themselves, after all.
